We are an independent upstream oil and gas company focused on the acquisition, development and production of oil, natural gas, and NGL reserves. We currently operate in the Anadarko Basin region of Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas, and the panhandle of Texas, but are not limited as we look across the US for high rates of return assets that are accretive to our distributions.

Our management team leverages decades of industry experience to identify prime exploration and development opportunities, optimize current well production, efficiently drill undeveloped locations, and secure low-risk acquisitions.

Unlike most of our competitors, we are a high-yield company focused on distributions, which positions us to offer equity-based investment opportunities otherwise unheard of in our industry. Since October 2023, we are a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.

We focus on acquiring, exploring, and developing high-return, low-cost oil and natural gas projects, targeting assets significant potential that would work well for us. The structured strategy we apply to our acquisitions and drilling practices give us a uniquely powerful position in the market and make us an advantageous investment partner.

Maintain Financial Strength

Our goal of maintaining a long-term debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 1x or less ensures our financial strength. We achieve this by keeping a low leverage profile, that empowers us to create opportunities when markets experience high volatility.

Disciplined Execution

Since our founding, we have only acquired cash flowing assets at a discount to PDP PV10 that are accretive to our distribution. Built during a time of distress in the industry, our strategy has been to purchase cash flowing assets at bargain prices while paying nothing or close to nothing for the associated acreage, future drilling, associated infrastructure, and midstream assets.

Disciplined Reinvestment Rate

We uphold a reinvestment rate of less than 50% of our operating cash flow. By keeping our reinvestment rate low we optimize our distribution to unitholders while also ensuring business growth through strategic investments.

Maximize Cash Distributions

Our team targets peer leading variable distributions calculated after the 50% reinvestment rate. This pillar drives all decisions and allows for cash to be distributed among unitholders.
